2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  • Received item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Order was not delivered within the estimated delivery time.
  • Cancellation request received before the order is shipped.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Perfume bottles that have been opened or partially used are generally not eligible unless defective.

3. Refund Request Process

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for refund.
  • Follow instructions for returning the product, including securely packaging the item.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item and confirm eligibility, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or partially used perfumes (unless defective).
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Orders placed in error that have already been shipped.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled prior to shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and returns must follow the standard refund procedure.

7. Shipping Charges & Return Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns to ensure items are safely delivered back to us.

8. Third-Party Delivery Services

99 Perscent partners with third-party logistics providers. We are not responsible for delays or damages incurred during shipping by these providers, although we will assist in resolving such issues.
